The 250MDC marine diesel engines meet EPA Tier 4 and IMO Tier III emissions standards with advanced exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) that requires NO urea-based aftertreatment, while maintaining world class fuel efficiency.
Comparing to SCR demanding urea system and storage on board, adopting EGR means 40% less space required and 50% less weight installed. No need to handle urea, it can achieve up to 10% operating cost savings.

Lian Tat’s engineers are capable of gearbox maintenance including dismantling, cleaning, measuring and assembling. More than 20 gearbox maintenance were completed successfully in our Suao workshop.
